With over 2,000 staff across 90+ offices, and nearly 50 years of history across 3 generations, Bayleys Group is one of New Zealand’s most well known household brands.
But real estate is a high-stress, high-return business, where professionalism, presentation and big ideas count. Staff need to be on point about the big deals, instead of worrying about work that could be automated.
That’s why the Bayleys team seized on the idea of helping their staff save time by developing a great mobile app for expense management and reimbursement.
Muli Mobile consulted with the Bayleys IT and operations teams to design the app with usability in mind. The user experience was of utmost importance to busy staff in the field.
Another consideration was ensuring the app is seamlessly integrated into Bayleys existing IT systems with single sign on and two-way APIs.
Staff are now able to focus completely on their clients’ needs at the big meeting, and then simply claim expense and mileage reimbursements in a couple of taps on their phones on the way back to the office.
